Q: Who are you?
A: Imagin’ Arts S.A.R.L. is a video company created in january 2004 by Lionel Froidure, certified martial arts teacher. Our company is world recognized in martial arts video. Our documentaries have already been seen on TV in different countries and we are already shipping DVD in 35 countries through www.IMAGINARTS.tv - With the Academy you save shipping and customs fees!
Q: What internet browser will I need?
A: Imagin’ Arts Academy is designed to work with most modern browsers. We recommend Firefox, Safari or Chrome. All videos are also viewable on the iPad Safari browser and iPhone using a mobile version of the player with AirPlay support.
Q: Will I need to download any other plug-ins or other programs in order to watch the courses?
A: It is not required to download any additional software if you are using a modern browser but on older systems the videos may require the latest version of the free Adobe Flash Player.
Q: Videos are not showing up on my computer, where can I get the free Adobe Flash Player?
A: You can download it right from Adobe’s web site. download here.
Q: How can I change my account details, payment information, or cancel my subscription?
A: You can take care of all of your account and payment information, as well as canceling your subscription using this “Membership Details” page. You will need to log in to be able to access this area.
Q: Why I can’t see my Avatar on my comments?
A: Our website, like most community and membership website, Avatar are linked to your Gravatar Account. Your Email from Gratar and the Academy must be the same. If you don’t have yet an account, create one right now, it’s free. GRAVATAR
Q: Will I be able to watch the videos if my computer is behind a corporate firewall?
A: This should not be a problem but some of the videos are distributed using a Flash Media Server. If the video will not play, ask your network administrator.
